On this vacation, all you need to bring is what you intend to eat, drink and wear!
On the outside, Huge pool, mushroom waterfall, kiddie pool, BBQ grills, and of course, the incredible sugar white sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico just outside your door! Then there's the indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, exercise room, and lobby with a view!
This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath, 10th floor condo is fully furnished and has tons of space for relaxing. The kitchen has a complete stock of cooking and eating utensils and has seating for 5 at the bar and 4 at the dinette table.
The open floor plan den has a flat screen TV, two comfy chairs, and a plush sofa. The condo will sleep 8 in beds. The owner bedroom has a king bed and private bath. The first guest bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds with flat screen TV , and a private bath. The third bedroom is furnished with a full bed and a shared full bath. Enjoy seating for 4 on the balcony with incredible views! The balcony overlooks the large pool, the Gulf of Mexico, and one of the most beautiful beaches in the world! This gem of a condo has everything you need, and most of all, it's affordable!
CANCELLATION: If we receive cancellation 30-days or more prior to your arrival date, monies paid in will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. Admin Fee and credit card processing fee are nonrefundable. If cancellation is received within 30-days of your arrival, you will forfeit all monies paid in except for the cleaning fee. Because we have no control over building/property repair, remodeling work possibly occurring on adjacent or nearby properties, elevator or power outages, and pool closures, no cancellation refunds will be given due to said occurrences. We suggest that you consider purchasing travel insurance if there is a chance that you may cancel your trip.
REFUNDS: No refunds will be given for cancellations or early departures due to stormy weather forecasts unless a mandatory hurricane evacuation has been issued by local authorities, in which case we will refund any unused portion of rent. No refunds will be given for appliance issues, however we will do our best to get appliances fixed as quickly as possible.
TRIP INSURANCE: Unforeseen things may happen that can change your vacation plans. We strongly encourage you to consider purchasing trip insurance for that extra peace of mind. While we do not sell trip insurance, we suggest you compare at least 3 different companies and select the plan best suited for you.
MINIMUM AGE: Person signing rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, is responsible for the unit and for the actions of all occupants and visitors, and must stay in the unit as an occupant during the entire reservation.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
*After booking, you will receive our rental agreement via text message (please allow at least 30 minutes to receive the rental agreement). Your reservation is not confirmed until you complete the rental agreement.
*We will use the card you entered when booking for payment.
*Every reservation includes a 3% processing fee.
*Reservation must be paid in full 30-days before your arrival day.
Parking: We do not handle parking passes for Phoenix condos. You will purchase passes from the front desk for $55 each (tax included). During peak season and holidays, purchasing multiple passes is subject to parking availability.
