Positive: The view and the nature around the place are amazing. The trekking around the area was beautiful.
Negative: We had a dinner at the place because it was recommended by other guests and the staff, but the experience was not good at all. We were the only people eating at the restaurant and still we had to wait for more than 1 hour to get our (very simple) food. Once we received it we had to ask for dishes, sticks, forks and knives as they did not made the table ready. Once we then started to eat (we had to eliminate some parts of raw chicken) around 4 cats and a dog surrounded the table looking for food; they even started to fight within each other and jump on our table. Despite our numerous requests to be helped by the staff, they did not care about it (also due to their no knowledge of english). The day after at the check out we reported this to the only member of the staff speaking english (maybe the owner?) and the only thing she accomodated was 2 dollars (!!!) discount on the dinner. Regarding the trekking offered by Phansi, we enjoyed it and the guide was very nice, but 40 dollars for 4 hours trekking (with no other additional services) is absolutely too much. Regarding the room, it was nice, but we would have liked to have some tents covering the whole (big) windows, because we woke up very early with the sunlight.
Summary: We expected for more attention and better services considering the high price compared to other similar options
