Positive: Location is great, rooms are relatively spacious but that's all about it when it comes to the positives.
Negative: No elevator and the room was on the 3rd floor. There are restaurant kitchens on the lobby and the smell comes all the way into the staircase. Lighting at night was poor and gave a sense of spookiness. Last but not least, no-one explained us where to park and in fact we were not in the position to open the gate entrance (parking space is anyway limited).
Summary: Price does not justify what is on offer. Decent stay at best.
