Beautifully decorated, Peyton's Place has an open plan living room (with sleeper sofa) that flows seamlessly into the well stocked kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms: Queen Bedroom and a Bunk Room with full over full bunk beds. And, 1 full bathroom with walk in shower. You'll also have a full size washer/dryer for your laundry convenience.
Outdoors, a spacious deck with comfortable seating and a sunrise view awaits you for an unforgettable getaway. Here, you can feel the sea breezes while enjoying your favorite summer sip. Relax, indulge in your favorite book, listen for gentle sounds of the waves or simply bask in the warmth of the sun - Peyton's Place provides the perfect setting for ultimate vacation bliss.

Parking is available for 2-3 vehicles depending on space and golf cart parking is allowed.

House Rules and Things to Note:
Minimum Age to Rent is 24.
No Smoking and no vaping in the property. This is a non smoking property. $500 fee will be added if smoke odor is present in the home.
No Parties/Events.
Quiet Hours 10pm to 7am – Enforced.
Not responsible for accidents.
There is no child proofing; you must remain with your children at all times.
Must be able to walk up steps.
No more than 8 guest, per the City of Port Aransas Occupancy Ordinance.
No late check outs after 10:15am or another night's stay will be charged.
Check in Time is approx time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4pm but there is no guarantee.
Pets are not allowed. $500 pet fee will be charged if any pets are noted to be in the property.
STARTER set for guests to include trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and shower gel. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night.
Guests are responsible for their own beach chairs, beach towels and pool towels. Our linens and towels are NOT to be removed from the property for any reason. Guests will be charged linen fees for misuse of linens to include stains, tearing, etc.
Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.
There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if city pool is closed for cleaning, repair or maintenance.
Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
If police are called to the property for any disturbance, a $500 fee will be assessed and guests will be required to vacate the property with no refund.

Getting Around:
Peyton's Place is 2 walkable blocks to the beach and is in the golf cart zone. Golf carts can be rented in Port A; inquire about our golf cart rental discounts. It's easy to walk, bike, cart or drive to the beach, restaurants, shopping, dining and entertainment!

The owners have hired SWAY LLC to market and host this beautiful property; the SWAY team is available by phone, messaging, text and/or in person.
