Come enjoy the summer days at this well maintained home located in Pettaquamscutt. Pettaquamscutt is a quiet neighborhood minutes to Narragansett Town Beach/Pier, Galilee, Pt Judith, local restaurants, and shops. Pettaquamscutt offers a private neighborhood beach with a boat ramp and kayak rentals!
This 4 bedroom, 2 full bath home features an open floor plan, vaulted ceiling, central air on the upper level, hardwood floors, and spacious deck. The updated kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and center bar that seats 3. Open to the kitchen is the dining room (the dining room table seats 6) and family room. The upper level also has a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and two bedrooms, both bedrooms have queen size beds. The lower level boasts a secondary sitting room, two more bedrooms with queen size beds, laundry, and another full bath with shower stall only. A newly installed spacious deck is found outside with a table that seats 4 with an umbrella, and a gas grill.
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made prior to arrival (bed-making is only provided once; multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation fee and all applicable state and local tax.

Summary: This was one of the cleanest properties we have stayed in for this area. A welcome basket greeted us as well as a notebook filled with area highlights. Positives included having the laundry service instead of having to bring our own sheets and towel. The lake and small beach area were perfect for sun and swimming. The second floor deck was nice, but we didn't get to use it much. Having internet was a plus, as was the washer and dryer. Some improvements that could be made- the floors were so noisy, whomever slept downstairs heard EVERY step made upstairs. The beds were fairly comfortable, one made noise with each turn in bed. The couches were "ehh," the room could have used a nice recliner chair. The check in after 4pm is not the best. Hotels allow early check in, it would be nice that if the house is clean and ready, the guests ability to check in would be appreciated instead of waiting. This was a very nice area and a nice home to spend our vacation.
