Our recently updated split-level home is located in a peaceful neighborhood, ideal for families, couples, and traveling professionals, yet just a few minutes' walk to the vibrant restaurants and bars downtown Lee’s Summit has to offer.
This spacious home boasts 5 King Beds across 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The main floor features 3 bedrooms—one with an ensuite bathroom, and two others sharing a hallway bath. The basement provides an additional 2 King Beds with its own private bathroom, offering ultimate comfort and privacy.
Designed with relaxation in mind, our home is filled with beautiful natural light and a cozy, welcoming ambiance. There is street parking available, and the driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars. Please note that the garage is used for owner storage and is not accessible to guests.

If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
