I do have 3 houses and the studio all next to each other. if planned, all can be booked concurrently. To house 15 to 20 guests. Will add the other property listings on VRBO soon.
Work crews are ok. Couple additional rules for work crews. No tools in house. Tools on porch, without damage is ok. No tracking mud from boots, through house. in case of emergency. Require a contact phone # for a lead crew person at the house. Workers be sure to remove tools from pockets before sitting on furnishing. Workers must shower before getting on furniture, in beds.
