Positive: Laurence is a fantastic house administrator. She went out of her way to arrange a 2nd fan for us and towels. As far as the house: there is a nice outside area with an BBQ gas grill and a large swimming pool in the complex. There are tennis courts that are new. A great addition for the tennis lovers. Kitchen is good. Mattresses are comfortable
Negative: The A/C is only covering the mezzanine. The rest of the house is hot. The fans help but in August, it would be nice to have A/C in bedrooms as suggested by the description of the house. The outside area lights don’t work. We used candles, which was nice. But they covered only the first few nights.
Summary: Old house with nice outside area, comfortable beds and great swimming pool in the complex.
