This beautiful, extremely secluded Cliffhouse retreat on the south brow of Petit Jean Mountain is perfect for a relaxing getaway with family and friends.
Featuring a rock fireplace, big deck, and dining with an amazing view of Ada Valley. The upstairs loft bedroom has a king size bed, with a full bathroom that features a clawfoot tub. The downstairs bedroom has an extremely comfortable king size bed. A fun bunk room has 2 high quality full-size beds and 2 twin beds, with couch and tv/entertainment area.
WE DO NOT ALLOW WEDDINGS, REHEARSAL DINNERS, BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE PARTIES OR OTHER FORMAL GATHERINGS AT THE PROPERTY. House parties (having day guests), unless pre-approved in writing with correct details, are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction and additional fees. We expect guests to keep the beautiful, QUIET nature surroundings that way.
Smoking outside only (believe me, we will smell it) and absolutely NO PETS -- very firm on this, no pets. There is a fire pit but if county is under burn ban, there are NO FIRES allowed on mountain. Violation of these policies will result in a full forfeiture of deposit. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. There are several cameras on outside of property (none inside).
This home is set on a beautiful cliff overlooking miles and miles of land below it. We have not reduced the natural beauty of the setting by installing a fence; children and drunk people should have careful supervision to prevent falls. If you choose to rent this location, you take all responsibility for accidents.
If there is snow/ice, utilities could go down. We will make every attempt possible to make it an amazing stay even if you have to disconnect at times during your stay. This is very rare, but be aware, you are on a mountain. No refunds for these circumstances.
