We invite you to relax in the comfort of a lovely beach house offering 4 double bedrooms and a 5th with 2 single beds.
Kickback and enjoy casual comfortable accommodation.
The house sits on a large section with a sunny patio and bbq area. There is a large lawn for the children to play safely.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a walk in pantry that gives you lots of storage space.
The lounge has a 52 inch plasma TV screen, DVD, and SKY TV for your enjoyment. There is also a hard drive with 50+ movies available for the tennant's entertainment.
The property has recently had broadband internet set up and there's a kid's zone set up in the garage with plasma tv, bean bags, Wii entertainment console, a pool table and table tennis table.
Winter will be cosy thanks to a lounge/dining area heat pump and all the bedrooms have heating.
There's a large double garage which offers a play area for the children,and six bikes for your use.
The large driveway will accommodate the boat and cars.
We can cater also for small business conferences, and can offer extra beds close by if required.
Our property offers families and couples a high standard of holiday accommodation at a reasonable tariff.
The white sands of Omaha Beach are just a 4 minute walk from the house.
Omaha is such a popular holiday destination for so many reasons. It has a pristine beach which is surf patrolled during the summer months. There is an excellant all tide boat launching facility, and a sheltered harbour for small craft activities. Windsurfing and sailing to name but a few.
The surrounding area offers visitors lots of activities to participate in, including boating, golf, tennis, bowls, horse riding, mini golf and a driving range. The wineries are very popular, as is the local wine trail.
Please note that linen is not provided in the booking - so you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, and towels, these can be hired at $35 per person if you prefer, if linen is hired the beds will be made for your arrival.
