Cute as a button cottage get away in Gated 55+ Resort. Just completed full remodel of this prime location in Rincon RV Resort. Located at the end of a row which backs up to the wash on two sides. You only have one neighbor and a large yard by RV park standards. The cottage is located within walking distance to many activities located within the park. Come and enjoy all the park has to offer. This home features a large master bedroom, with a desk (if you must work) and with a TV you can watch from the bed or the comfortable seating area. A second bedroom features a twin trundle which will make into a king. Living room with TV and great views of the distant mountains. Fully stocked kitchen for any cooking you decided to do while there. Fully remodeled/updated bath with large walk in shower. Several seating areas outside to enjoy the Arizona weather. A raised deck area to enjoy the views of the surrounding mountains, a lower covered patio which features comfortable furniture and gas fire pit to enjoy the cool evening. Also you can get out and enjoy the weather at an outdoor patio set with umbrella and a swing. This tiny home has everything you will need to enjoy your time in the sun. It also includes Dish TV and Hi Speed Internet. The Cottage is new to the market so we only have a couple reviews as of yet.
