This three story townhouse offers a private 2 car garage with EV charger, laundry room, large expansive deck with private hot tub and outdoor seating and BBQ grill. The floorplan allows social gatherings and is perfect for a large family gathering. On the entry level of the home is the living room with wood burning fireplace, large flatscreen TV with cable TV. A dining room that can seat up to 8 with additional bar seating for 4. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen offers stone counters, top of the line stainless appliances, a wine fridge and everything needed to prepare meals. The large deck offers a BBQ gas grill, private hot tub, outdoor dining seating and is located on the 18th fairway of the Sierra Star Golf Course. On this level the guest bedroom features a queen bed, with adjacent full bathroom with walk-in shower. On the next level is a kids haven featuring a full size bunk with twin on top, and a trundle twin below, TV and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. On the third top level, the primary suite features a king bed, TV, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower. The fourth guest bedroom also on this upper level has a queen bed, en-suite bathroom with shower. This unit also offers WiFi internet access, a two car garage (garage clearance 7' 5") a laundry room with washer / dryer so you can enjoy all the conveniences of home. Located on the green line shuttle route, it is a short walk to the shuttle stop with a quick ride into Town or to Eagle Lodge.
