This property has the family in mind including your four legged friend. Bring the bikes and ride to the beach front and enjoy a coffee or lunch at the ever popular Bombora Cafe or for the 4x4 enthusiasts drive along Goolwa Beach toward the Murray Mouth. Fully fenced provides privacy and security for the children and your pet. A lovely rear yard with a deck running along two sides of the home allows for outdoor entertaining.
Please note: a $500 bond applies to all bookings.
Features include:
* Spacious open plan living with flat screen TV, dining, kitchen area which opens to the deck
* 3 bedrooms - generous master suite with queensize bedand access to the rear deck, second bedroom with a queen bed and third bedroom with two single beds
* Three way bathroom with a bath, shower, separatevanity anda separate w/c
* Laundry with front load washing machine/dryer
* Balcony wraps around two sides of the home with a gas BBQ at the rear
* Outdoor furniture is on the lower level overlooking the spacious rear yard with a beautiful lawn area
* Secure off street parking - carport with a roller door
* Pets are welcome. Inside pets are to be approved by the owner prior to arrival. Please include details of your indoor pet in your initial booking.
* WIFI not provided
This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.
If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. Please note we do not offer a bed making service.
