Completed in 2014, this home has been designed by a local architect to be the perfect beach home for large families, extended families, or multiple families. The main common area on the second floor, an additional common area on the first floor (with a Foosball table!), as well as a third floor bar area opening onto a rooftop deck, provide plenty of spaces for groups to collect or separate as desired. (NO HOT TUB) The reverse floor plan places the primary living spaces - kitchen, dining area, and living area - as well as a master bedroom on the second level, all with unobstructed views of the beach and ocean. The first level contains 2 more master bedroom layouts, 2 additional bedrooms (sharing a hall bath), and a common area containing additional sleeping for 2 in a pull out sleeper couch. The third level contains a small loft area with a futon for additional sleeping and a convenient 1/2 bath, stepping out to a spacious rooftop deck. In addition to the bath connected to the master bedroom on the second floor, there is also a full hall bath, convenient for anyone staying on the 3rd floor. An elevator, accessing the ground, first, and second floors, is a convenient amenity of the home. This home is the northernmost beachfront house on Edisto beach and will have one of the best views on the island from the deck, particularly towards the north and botany bay. The home is close to the Edisto pavilion/pier, several restaurants, and nearly across the street from the island grocery store and local service station. It is also within close walking distance of several shops. It sits on an expansive stretch of pristine Edisto beach with unobstructed panoramic views of the Atlantic ocean.
