'FOOTSTEPS' is a pet friendly, 3 bedroom vacation rental in the heart of Long Beach Island's Beach Haven - Beach Haven Terrace area; close to the beach. Nostalgic “Shapiro” style L.B.I. duplex, located just FOOTSTEPS from the beach - 6 houses away - features central air conditioning and, professionally renovated modern bathrooms AND kitchens featuring all new appliances and granite counter tops done by ACCENT PLUMBING! Interior has original knotty pine living space and galley style kitchen featuring all modern amenities. This is a two (2) unit duplex; one upper level and one lower level. FOR NEXT YEARS RATES PLEASE SEE THIS YEARS RATES FOR REFERENCE! There is a $300.00 per week booking fee to hold your reservation which is deducted from the weekly rate. The balance due will be the weekly rate minus the $300 you already paid. Each unit consists of a newly renovated kitchen, featuring solid wood cabinets, stainless steel sink granite counters and modern appliances. There is a drip type coffee maker plus water / ice dispensed in the refrigerator door. Bathroom includes full size 5-foot "Kohler" cast iron tub with shower, custom wood cabinet with granite top plus custom tile work!Living area has flat screen TV, cable and internet access. Dining area has seating for 6. Bedroom I has queen bed, bedroom II - two singles and bedroom III - a single bed with pull out trundle. Pillows and blankets are provided however, guests are required to bring sheets & pillow cases. There are also 2 outside showers and YES they have hot water. You might be surprised, but I have actually been asked that question. We focus on our visitors and strive to keep well maintained and CLEAN. We have a professional cleaning company come in after EVERY rental to insure your comfort. We also have a contract for professional pest control treatment on a regular schedule - we leave nothing to chance. In the aftermath of Super Storm Sandy, we are happy to report that FOOTSTEPS is located on a high part of the Island and suffered NO flooding whatsoever - no mold here, guaranteed.
