Newly finished basement King Suite, located in a quiet mountainside neighborhood. Feel like you're getting away for the evening while being minutes from local attractions including Hill AFB (10min), Lagoon amusement (15min), Downtown Salt Lake (30min), Salt Lake Airport (35 min), Snowbasin Resort (25 min), and so much more!

Summary: As the adage goes - you get what you pay for. I chose this property because it was inexpensive but cheap should not mean dirty and smelly. Before even entering the property we knew it was not going to be good - even before getting out of the car the mess, disarray and amount of stuff spilling from the open garage was telling. From there, the bad smell from the room we stayed in was prominent before we even opened the door. It was bad but perhaps manageable until the bathroom door was opened - the bathroom literally smelled like feces. On top of the smell the toilet was so dirty with dried piss I had to clean it with Clorox wipes before we could use it. Based on how gross the room was generally we were doubtful that the bedding was clean so we slept in our clothes on top of the blankets. The owners seemed nice but I don’t think they have any idea what is required to host other people in their home. Which - by the way, should be made more clear in their description. We did not know that we would be sleeping below them while they walked around into the early morning hours. Lesson learned - next time we will throw down the extra cash to avoid this situation. Sorry to write such a scathing review but we absolutely cannot recommend this property!
