The living room, adorned with new furnishings, offers plenty of seating, including two designer sofas and two club chairs, centered around a flat-screen TV—ideal for family movie nights. The adjacent dining area features a large table with seating for six, illuminated by a beautiful chandelier. Nearby, the renovated kitchen showcases a central island with bar seating for four. This stylish kitchen boasts quartz countertops, a farmhouse sink, new appliances, a large stainless-steel fridge with a water dispenser, and a five-burner Dacor gas stove. It’s fully equipped with built-in storage, serving dishes, and cookware—everything you need for memorable family meals.
