3 Bedroom House in Maroochydore

This house is a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom pet-friendly house with large open living areas. Only one block back from the beautiful Maroochydore river - the activities are endless! Close to the heart of Maroochydore, this location is amazing. 100m to Maroochy River where you can swim, fish, paddle and enjoy the sunsets, 2.5 kilometres to Ocean Street precinct & Sunshine Plaza, and only 3.5 kilometres to Maroochydore beach. This is the ideal home away from home.
The space:
This house was previously our home. Ideally suited to couples and families with a dog or two looking for a relaxing getaway, sleeping up to 7 people. The house is pet-friendly with a fully fenced roomy backyard for your fur babies. You will enjoy the spacious kitchen and flowing living area with bi-folds opening out to both front and back decks. With the bi-folds and ample louvres throughout the kitchen, dining and living area, you will catch the most beautiful cool river breezes in summer. The living area is not air-conditioned (designed to be opened up to enjoy the breezes) but all 3 bedrooms have reverse cycle air-conditioning. The main bedroom has a built-in robe and ensuite. Both the ensuite and main bathroom have spacious showers and vanities. The main bathroom also houses a beautiful free-standing bath, as well as a laundry for your convenience. Walk only 100m out the front door, and you can enjoy the most spectacular sunsets over the Maroochydore river. Maroochy River is the perfect spot - relax, swim, fish, paddle, hire a jetski, SUP or boat, take a scenic flight on a seaplane, bike or walk along the water’s edge and across to Chambers Island. You will love this gorgeous home and its incredibly beautiful, convenient location.
Guest access:
The entire house is available to guests. However, the lock-up garage is not accessible - used for private storage.

This gorgeous place was our home. Please be mindful this is in a residential area and therefore I kindly request you be considerate of our neighbours, our friends, regarding noise level. Strictly NO PARTIES.
