3 Bedroom House in Harbor Springs

Incredible privacy in Harbor Springs, 3 blocks from the bluff. This ranch home is located 3 blocks from downtown on a spacious half acre of a dead end road.
Three bedroom, two bath with a mostly finished basement. There is a garage for storage.
Wonderful, quiet outdoor area great for kids, a campfire or a peaceful retreat, year round.
Ample parking in the back of the house, paved driveway
Bedroom 1 | king bed with private bathroom
Bedroom 2 and 3 | queen bed
Basement area is simple, will add to in the future. Washer and dryer is located in the basement
We allow pets, preferably under 40 lbs and ask that you follow a few simple rules:
·Dog must be kenneled if left in the house alone. Please bring your own kennel.
·No dogs on the furniture or bedding.
·Dog waste cleanup is the responsibility of the owner
·Dogs must be pre-approved. Please note them in your reservation request as there is an additional charge.
We are licensed as a short term rental by the City of Harbor Springs, there is a max of 6 guests.
Things to note before booking:
·There are steps to enter the home
·The tree house is off limits that is in the back yard
·There is a fire pit in the back yard, firewood is not supplied. Supervised fires only.

Summary: The home is a quiet little home on a side street not more than a 2 minute drive from downtown. Spacious and clean. The host Crystal was amazing, very responsive to all our needs. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Harbor Springs for the weekend.
