Renovations include new tiled flooring, new appliances, and entirely renovated bathrooms.
Upon entering this vacation rental condo you will find a newly renovated kitchen fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare a home cooked meal and features brand new stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee machine. The dining area and breakfast bar can seat up to 8 comfortably. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with beautiful views of the Gulf that the Emerald Coast has to offer and if you're needing to do a little bit of laundry while on vacation don't fret, there is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. The living room offers beautiful views of the Gulf, an HD flat-screen TV, queen size sleeper sofa, and its very own private balcony overlooking the pool area.
This two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps a total of 8. The master king suite has an HDTV, access to the balcony, and beautiful views of the Gulf. The master king suite has its own private bath.
