Extremely comfortable, modern and clean level home with free Wi-Fi internet and with fully fenced & secure yards for pets. A short walk to the most beautiful pet friendly beaches and river. Mutley's has 4 bedrooms - 1 Queen, 1 double, 3 single. Ensuite & main bathroom with separate bath & shower. Remote control double garage with space for extra car & boat. Fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances and dinner ware. Everyday provisions provided. Wi-Fi / Plasma TV/ Netflix /over 150 DVDs/CD player & CDs/full equipped laundry/asstd. games/table tennis. Outdoor undercover dining/lounge area with gas BBQ. Airconditioned and gas heater in the dining room and and fans in all bedrooms. Pets are more than welcome inside & we ask that you bring their own bedding to make them feel more at home. We also ask that your pet is on a recognised flea prevention treatment. Food and water bowls are provided. If your enquired dates are not available we do have another pet friendly home in Tomakin so please contact us if we can be of any assistance. THINGS TO DO - A 5 MIN WALK OR 12 MIN DRIVE! Tomakin beach and river is only a few minutes stroll and is 24 hour dog friendly. They can run forever! The beach is an excellent swimming, surfing, snorkelling and fishing beach. Barlings Beach is also just a few minutes away and is time-share dog friendly. The river also has a boat ramp for the fishing and kayaking enthusiasts. Tomakin Sports & Social (polkies, TAB, tennis & bowls, bingo, cafe , brasserie and restaurant - $5 lunches Monday to Friday - oudoor BBQ area is just a few minutes walk or you can use the courtesy bus. Kid friendly with child minding facility. Tomakin now has an IGA supermarket/liquor store on George Bates Drive. In the complex there is also a takeaway food outlet and an Italian restaurant/bar. The Rivermouth Cafe in Tomakin serves great coffee and hot beverages and has a fabulous home style menu. Famous Mogo Zoo is a 5 min drive & historic Mogo Village is 7 mins, known for its great assortment of craft shops & cafes. Broulee is a 5 min drive south & has a supermarket/ liquor store/Post Office/newsagent/pharmacy/surf shop. Batemans Bay is a 12 min drive north & has all the benefits of a large coastal town - great shopping/cinema/internet facilities/putt putt/cafes & restaurants/27 hole golf course. Moruya is 12 min south and is a lovely town on a smaller scale. A dog friendly market is held every Saturday from 8 am to 1.30pm on the riverbank.
