This new home has it all and will undoubtedly host a fun filled stay with countless unforgettable memories!
1st Floor:
-Open floorplan and great room with lots of natural light.
-Modern kitchen with an enormous island that seats 8 people
-Breakfast nook (2 person glasstop table)
-Appliances include a double oven, fridge/freezer with icemaker, gas stove, dishwasher, keurig, blender, toaster oven, toaster, and electric juicer.
-8 person dining room table
-Great room with seating for 10 on the L-shaped couch, sofa chairs, beanbag, and 75in smart TV
-Gas fireplace
-Board & card games galore
-Dog door in kitchen for small/medium sized dogs
-1/2 bathroom
-Coat closet
-Mud room
-Private bedroom with queen bed; perfect for extra privacy or guests who need to avoid using stairs
2nd Floor:
-Main bedroom with Cal-King bed, desk with monitor, closet, ensuite bathroom with makeup vanity, dual sinks, shower, separate tub, enclosed toilet room.
-2nd bedroom with queen bed and walk-in closet
-3rd bedroom with full bed and twin trundle underneath (twin mattress can be moved to bonus room) and walk-in closet
-Hallway bathroom with dual sink, toilet, & shower/tub.
-Doorless bonus room with an L-shaped couch, smart TV, & Playstation 4. Couch can sleep 1-2 adults, and there's room for a queen-sized air mattress (we have 2!).
-Laundry room with washer, dryer, & walk-in linen/towel closet
-HEPA filter unit outside bonus room

-Gym complete with a spin bike, inverter table, squat rack/weights
-12ft x 8ft movie screen, projector, & surround sound
-12ft shuffleboard table

-Parking: Driveway & on street in front of home only (no garage access)

-No Parties/Events or Outside Visitors
-No Shoes on Carpet

-Quiet Time: 10PM to 8AM
-No Fireworks/Flammables
-No RVs, Boats, Oversized Commercial Vehicles
-Keep Firepit & Fireplace Covered & Do Not Leave Unattended
-Do Not Stand on Windowwell Covers

-Lock back door.
-Put used kitchen, shower, & hand towels inside washer & run on "quick wash."
-Leave used bed linens on floor next to washer.
-Put dirty dishes in dishwasher & start it.
-Turn off lights & put away games.
-Set both thermostats to 65 in winter & 75 in summer.
-Discard perishable food products.
-Put all trash in outdoor trash bins (stored in backyard by side gate).

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Angela's home. Every aspect of the house was amazing; it was spacious, clean, comfortable, and fun. The open concept living room and kitchen provided a great place for relaxing and planning how to take on the various activities that Colorado has to offer. And, when we were not out and about, the house was stocked with all sorts of games that enhanced our downtime. Logistically speaking, from booking to check-out, the process was seamless. Angela was great to work with. If we return to Colorado, we undoubtedly include another stay here. Angela, thanks for sharing your awesome home!
