1- Heating Configuration: The home features one thermostat downstairs and portable heating units upstairs. There is no central heating system on the upper level. The portable heater warm up the entire room instantly once turned on. It has wide-angle oscillation and smart ECO mode to efficiently maintain desired indoor temperature. It has touchscreen on top and also a remote control for convenience.
2- Traffic Noise: Situated on the corner of main streets, you may experience some traffic noise during your stay.
3- Cooling Options: While there is no central AC, we do provide fans and portable AC units to ensure your comfort.
4- Historic Charm: This century-old home, though upgraded, exudes a distinctive charm. As you step inside, be prepared to be enveloped by a unique ambiance that captures the essence of its rich history.
5- Exclusive Gated Community: Enjoy the privacy and security of our gated community, which consists of a total of two properties, including this home. It is located on a two-acres lot which is completely fenced with gate access. This house has its own spacious front and back yard. There is another house which is long-term resident occupied.
6- The gate will automatically close in one minute. (we are posting such sign on the gate as well)
7- Maximum 2 pets are allowed with $150/pet or $300 for 2 pets. Kindly inform us if you plan to bring your furry friend, and we will adjust the fee accordingly
