The property is tucked away on a quiet residential street only a short walk to a park, the shops, and a 2 minute drive to the beach. This pet friendly property has sufficient outdoor space and is perfectly suited to families or groups.
The holiday home features an open integrated fully equipped kitchen, dining and living space, with the addition of a covered patio area containing additional outdoor dining and lounge. It is only a short walk to the shops, restaurants and beaches, and offers the perfect base from which to explore the Sunshine Coast. It is also perfectly situated to access the Sunshine Coast Stadium and the Sunshine Coast University Hospital.
House Rules:
* Strictly no Parties.
* Strictly no Smoking.
* This property is pet friendly. We just ask that you pick up and deposit in the bin any surprises that are left behind in the yard.
We trust owners to best understand their pets and ensure that no damage occurs to the property and its furnishings.
* We have a rental agreement that needs to be signed prior to stay.
* For longer stays (more than 14 days) guests must agree to pay the cleaning cost for our cleaner to come every 14 days of your stay. This includes cleaning the property, changing over all the linen, and topping up consumables. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding this. The additional cleaning fees will be added to your booking.
* Be conscientious of our neighbours and please ensure that you leave the property neat and tidy prior to departure, including the removal of all rubbish.
