OVERVIEW: Welcome to Serenity by the Sea, a pet-friendly and Completely Renovated Cottage in Rehoboth Beach. Professionally furnished, bright, and airy, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom beach cottage is entirely self-contained and provides a private entrance and amenities. If more room is needed for family gatherings, this cottage can be rented with four other condos and a tiny house in the same community, accommodating 33. What a great way to have a family reunion in your own space and not break the bank!
This bright and airy cottage includes a full-service kitchen, high-end furnishings throughout, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Spacious primary bedroom w/ king bed, ensuite, sitting area, and private patio. Two additional bedrooms (queen bed and 2nd w/ pyramid bunk bed) will allow seven people to sleep comfortably in beds.
LOCATION: Located on the Bayside- you are less than 2 miles from our beautiful Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk! Tax-Free Tanger Outlets are less than 2 miles from the condo, and plenty of 5-star dining is within walking distance or bike ride. Bring your bikes and enjoy all the lovely bike trails and state parks. You do not have to cross Rt.1 (Coastal Highway) to reach Rehoboth Ave- walk down Roosevelt St onto State Rd. Super easy walk or bike ride.
PARKING: Assigned parking for two vehicles.
AMENITIES: Ceiling fans, a stackable washer & dryer, Wi-Fi, central AC, and a private patio. Community gas grill, charcoal grill, fire pit, and outdoor showers. Putting green with balls and adjustable clubs are available for guests enjoyment
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel.Some amenities are shared; please be courteous to your neighbors. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package to guests. Two dogs are permitted, and each dog is charged a pet fee. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
