Cutest two bedroom cottage in Indian Shores. The white sands of the Gulf are 200 steps away. Walk through nature trail to your own private dock on the inter-coastal.
Our home is pet friendly, but please note there is an additional fee for cleaning up the additional pet hair.
Plus, if you are looking for a larger group(multiple families) - book our stilt home on the property(1825488) and have additional space.
The cottage has been renovated - kitchen has new quartz countertop, new glass top oven, with all rooms being painted and new ceiling fans installed. The cottage has one bedroom with a queen size bed, and a second bedroom with twin over full bunk bed. Plus, enjoy the spacious screened in porch.
We have a full shower and a washer and dryer for your exclusive use.
After an exhilarating day on the beach, use the outside access door to go straight into the bathroom and get ready for a fun night of ice cream, a block away, or a nice dinner at one of the many surrounding restaurants.
Enjoy strolling through the mangrove nature preserve to our back yard - where there is a private dock on the intercoastal - perfect for fishing, bird watching, dolphin watching, or just relaxing and reading a book.
If you prefer a night in, enjoy making a home cooked meal in our full kitchen and enjoy your cuisine on the screened-in back porch.
We are only a few minutes' walk away from a water sports rental company, delicious restaurants, and local gift store.

Summary: We had the best month ever here. It’s so close to the local bars and restaurants. We rode our bikes to several stores and restaurants and there are 2 ice cream shops within a very short walking distance. 30 minutes with traffic to the Phillies and Blue Jays spring training facilities. Oh, and the beach is literally across the street. The kids were able to use the crosswalk just outside of the house to cross the street to get to the beach. The house had all of the necessities and even some toys and things for the kids to use at the beach. We had the best time and can’t wait to get back. Would definitely rent again!
