Welcome to "Big Kingfish!!" This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom pet friendly beach house is located in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach, and just minutes from the World renowned beaches of 30A! 3 minutes from this welcoming coastal beach house you will find yourself at the Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access. This public access has parking, restrooms, and even lifeguards during peak season. Blue Mountain Regional Access is between Grayton Beach to the east and Santa Rosa Beach to the west. Blue Mountain Regional Access is in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach. There are quite a few shops and restaurants within walking distance.
By reserving this property, not only do you have access to use the FREE 6-seater golf cart, but you also receive a credit to be used toward beach gear rentals and services at Vacayzen! This includes bike rentals, beach chairs, beach chair/umbrella set-up, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences, and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family!
"Big Kingfish," boasts a BRAND NEW kitchen, freshly painted interior, updated LVP flooring, new A/C in 2022/23, updated bathrooms with new vanities, light fixtures and toilets. As you enter the home you are welcomed by the open concept living/dining area, and the homes beautiful new kitchen! Just off the kitchen you'll find the access to the large fenced in backyard...perfect for those who love to travel with their fluffy family members; a comfortable patio area lined with bistro lights and completed with a fire pit to enjoy on those long summer nights! Additionally on the first floor of the home is the first of the homes 2 full bathrooms, and the conveniently located laundry room for use during your stay.
Moving up to the homes 2nd floor you will find both of the homes bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a king bed, a set of twin over twin bunks, and a small private balcony. Additionally there is a full bathroom off of the hallway with a tub shower combo, and a bunk room with a set of full over full bunks. Home sleep sleeps 8 comfortably.
Close to the beach, the new Mimmo's, coffee shop, ice cream and much more, just one trip to this beach home and you will know you have found your annual vacation destination spot for years to come.
