Welcome to A Salty Dog! Recently updated 2 story beach home offering close to 3,000 square feet of space to ensure maximum relaxation for you and the entire family! Head to the backyard and splash around in the beautiful in-ground pool (Open based on weather May-September). Outdoor shower for washing off after a long day at the beach. Cook up a delicious meal using the outside grill!
1st story: 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths, one of two living areas with bar and futon, and an entry way to the backyard and pool.
2nd story: Stunning kitchen with updated stainless-steel appliances and beautiful hardwood floors, a sunroom which has a TV and separate door to the deck with access to the fully fenced in yard and a dog door! 3 more bedrooms are located on this second story as well as the main living area.
Just a 2-minute walk down the beach path to Sandbridge beach, offering beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset. Easy access to a fun day in the sun!

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rear door upstairs leading to the deck no longer shuts. The plate is loose and the screw sticks out so far you cannot latch the door. This is a huge safety and security issue and should be addressed ASAP.The carpet on the main stairs inside is no longer adhered to the steps and we had several falls and near falls as a result. This is a huge hazard and should be addressed immediately.The gas grill is also in very poor shape, it needs to be fixed or replaced.The laundry in the downstairs bathroom needs attention. Whenever we ran laundry, we could start to smell sewage. It was extremely unpleasant and even with the fan running it was difficult to use that bathroom when laundry was being done. We avoided doing laundry as a result which was quite an inconvenience.Upstairs, the bed in the green bedroom (if looking down the hallway, with bathroom on the right, the bedroom on the right) has a broken bed frame. When we arrived the bed was completely crooked. The bottom right leg was completely collapsed. We removed the wheels and left them under the bed so it would at least be on a flat slope rather than an angle. This needs to be replaced. We had a small child use this bed but would be a hazard for an adult.The shower in the upstairs master bathroom is in poor condition. The shower head needs replacing and water flow was weak at best. We ended up using other bathrooms for showers.Dishwasher worked but the start button is missing so it was tricky to get going each time.Overall, we felt the house was not as advertised. It is in far worse condition than the listing photos/video show.
