This freshly renovated, charming coastal cottage fits the whole family with room to spare! Five bedrooms, four bathrooms, three gathering areas and one with a kitchenette, extensive outdoor decks and yard, and a chef's kitchen. Only a short 5 minute drive to the beach and Dock Square. This property is well equipped with kids dinnerware, pack & play, toys/books, air conditioning, outdoor fireplace, baby high chair, beach equipment, and so much more! The property abuts the Rachel Carlson wildlife preserve and has easy access to the highly sought after Kennebunk Bridle Path. Enjoy beautiful views of the Mousam river on this 2.5 mile trail, dogs are welcome, but need to be leashed. Come enjoy your Maine vacation! Pets welcome with prior approval, max of 2 dogs only, pet fee $150/dog. A beach parking pass will be provided! This property is equipped with an exterior camera. 6 Cars maximum.

Summary: The house provided comfortable living and sleeping areas for our extended family's holiday gathering. So close to the seashore, Kennebunk and Kennebunkport attractions -- as well as Portland -- that our excursions were easy and enjoyable. The well-appointed kitchen provided all we needed for holiday meals.A highlight was the communication with and responsiveness of the property managers.
