Come enjoy a completely updated 4 bedroom 2nd tier beach house in Fort Morgan with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico and short walk to the beach. Public beach access is just a few houses down the street. See and hear the waves from the deck and avoid the crowds. Plenty of room for the family with king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, and sunroom with 2 twin beds, bunk beds with pullout sofa. The house comfortably sleeps 10-12 people. Smart TV’s in all the rooms with WiFi TV throughout house. Open concept kitchen, living room and large dining table for family dinners. Dine or chill out on the covered porch or tan on the sun deck. Pet friendly with a gate on the deck. An adult over 25 must be present each night.Enjoy Gulf views from the huge front deck. Seating includes a dining table for 4, Additional seating includes dining table for 4 plus 4 chaise lounge chairs. You might even see the Blue Angels roar by. After a day at the beach, clean off the sand and saltwater in the outdoor shower.
The master bedroom is on opposite side of the other 2 bedrooms for you to enjoy privacy. Hang your clothes in the closet. While in bed watch your favorite shows on the wall mounted 32” Smart TV. It adjoins a full bath with shower in tub and new sink. The other 2 bedrooms are across the living room. A door closes off the 2 bedrooms and bathroom from living area for privacy. The guest bathroom has tub/shower and double vanity. Gulf side corner bedroom has queen bed. East side bedroom has a queen bed. Each bedroom has wall mounted 32” Smart TV’s and closet.
The sunroom bedroom has 2 twin beds, bunk beds and queen sleeper sofa plus a large Smart TV. Close the doors and let the kids watch TV or play video games in complete privacy. The full size washer/dryer closet is also in the sunroom plus 2 closets.
Walk into a large open room with living, dining and kitchen. The living room has large couch, loveseat and 2 swivel chairs plus rattan chair with footrest so everyone can join the conversation or watch a movie on the 65” wall mounted Smart TV. The large dining table seats up to 8 people plus the peninsula has 4 swivel barstools so everyone can enjoy meals together.
The kitchen is furnished with new full size, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. The small appliances include a large microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, 4 slice toaster, blender, hand mixer and can opener. Fully stocked cabinets with cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils, 2 Crock pots, hand mixer, corkscrew/bottle opener and can opener.
A “one day” supply of hand washing and automatic dish washing detergent, clothes detergent, one garbage bag and one roll of paper towels are supplied. Full size washer/dryer. Please bring food, paper goods, detergents and extra trash bags. The beds are made with freshly cleaned white linen. Comforters and extra pillows on all beds. A sleeper sofa linen set and pillows are provided in hall closet by 2 bedrooms. Both bathrooms are supplied with one roll of toilet tissue, a personal bar of soap and shampoo/conditioner. Shower caddies available in both bathrooms for your personal care items. Please bring beach towels.
