Positive: The property has a good location, in a main street, with plenty of local buses passing by and only at 15 minutes walking distance to the main train station. Vittorio was really nice and attentive, pending of our needs and prompt to respond any questions. It was a really nice touch to have someone cleaning the apartment and changing the bedding every week. Iris was very communicative and helpful in explaining how to navigate the city. The apartment had enough space for the three of us. The building was clean and the elevator was very convenient.
Negative: We visited Genoa during the month of December so the apartment was a little cold at night and the hot water in the shower was insufficient. It didn’t ruin our experience but it’s valid to mention it.
