We are located within minutes of Bayer’s Lake Business Park where you will find all shops, restaurants and amenities. We are 10 minutes from a world class shopping mall, The Halifax Shopping Center, and our amazing downtown waterfront area and 15 mins drive to some beautiful beaches on the Atlantic coast. We are a short walk from the B.L.T. rails to trails, which a walking or biking trail that runs into the city of Halifax one way and down along the south shore the other way. We are close to many, many hiking trails that give you amazing views.
Our home is situated just in the outskirts of the Halifax city limits in a little village called Timberlea. It is so close to all the amenities but away from the busy city noise. Halifax is the best little big city in Canada! So many bars, restaurants, tourist attractions, festivals, and history abound!
Please note, we have a separate one-bedroom apartment in the basement, currently occupied. These tenants have their own driveway and access. They do not access our side of the house accept for the laundry room that is a shared space.
There is a bus stop a 3-4 min walk away. Shopping is just 5 minute drive away, Sobeys, Dollarama, NSLC, Pizza shops, a Pub, local bakery, Pharmacy, Doggie Daycare, gas, Tim Hortons, Subway...
