This completely refurbished Spanish cottage still retains its authentic roots and is located in the historic Flamingo Park Neighborhood; with separate guest cottage, heated* saltwater pool, dog-friendly and close to the best of West Palm; it is great for foodies, shoppers and sun worshippers!
Completely renovated with two king bedrooms (one in the guest cottage) - both ensuite - and a third bedroom with two twin beds. There’s also a third full bath. The detached guest cottage also has a fully equipped kitchenette.
The large yard is great for entertaining with a gas BBQ and plenty of seating; it feels very private due to the lush landscaping.
There is central air throughout house and smart TVs in all the bedrooms. A cozy office nook is near the front entry.
The vibrant Flamingo neighborhood is nearby tons of shops and eateries including GrandView Public Market - most of which are within walking distance or a short drive.
The Square - a shopping/eating/arts & entertainment center is a 5-min drive or 20-min walk

The house is within a 5-minute drive to the ocean; we provide beach chairs and pool/beach towels for your convenience.
House is 8 minutes from the airport! Pool heat available November-April at $50 extra per night. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Strict No Party rules enforced. $1000 fine will be incurred should a loud party be held at the house. West Palm Beach has a strict no-noise policy from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.

Summary: Cannot speak higher of host, property manager, neighborhood and home. We travelled with our two year old and had a lot of questions before and during booking that were answered within minutes. They went above and beyond to make sure had exactly what we needed for our toddler. The neighborhood is exceptional - within walking distance to Gratto, Table 26, Hive, the park, downtown, etc. We will be back!
