There is a main floor primary bedroom with 1 king bed and ensuite private bath, deck access and a TV. The second floor has a bedroom with 1 queen bed and a TV, a loft room with another queen bed and a hallway full bathroom. There is also a finished basement with a bedroom with 1 full and 1 twin bed, a living area and hallway full bathroom.
Other amenities include WiFi, central air, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, gas grill, four bikes, beach chairs and outdoor furniture on the deck.

Summary: Plenty of space for our family, including 2 visiting grandchildren. Loved the convenience of the deck being right off the LR and overlooking the golf course so we could BBQ often. Condo was extremely well-equipped, from the kitchen to the bathrooms, to the laundry, to the beach gear, to the bicycles (even though we didn't use them).
