-guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian, you will have access to the entire condo as well as the pool, fitness center, and guest amenities at the neighboring palms hotel & casino. free self-parking cable tv, and wifi. valet parking and bell desk services are currently not offered in the hotel. access to the balcony has been restricted until further notice in response to covid-19 and for security reasons, booking guest/s must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. your valid photo id is required upon check-in. the full name on your id must be the same name as what we have on the booking details. please, ensure your booking account profile reflects this information accurately, you will need provide a security deposit required by the hotel. guests will be asked to place a valid credit card on hold with the front desk for the $100/night incidental deposit. it will be refunded subject to no damages incurred during check-out, this is a privately owned condominium. daily housekeeping is not an included service. additional towels or linens will be charged separately direct to the hotel. please, approach the front desk for this, due to the high occupancy rate of this property, we are not able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. we understand that the travel itineraries may not always match up with check-in and check-out times, guests will be subject to a $150 per hour fee for unauthorized early check-in or late check-out.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
