Also walking distance to many hiking and Mtn bike trail heads and rock climbing. Walking distance to tube the Boulder creek in summer and use a city bike to bike the River trail.
Set in among the streets of the Historic District of Boulder. Please note that along with our modern/contemporary design the staircase has no handrail until you reach the landing. Please take this into account when traveling with older ones or young children!

Summary: The property was located conveniently close to the CU campus. The host did an excellent job of giving entry and parking instructions for a late night arrival. The welcome note and basket full of goodies was a thoughtful touch upon arrival. It was clean and comfortable and I would stay there again.
