Beautiful new 2 bedroom house. Newly furnished with 2 master bedrooms, spacious bathrooms and walk-in closets. This host makes sure you'll find yourself right at home with a welcoming environment and every amenity. Located in a refurbished and updated area of Mahnke Park, this home is a close walk to the Botanical Gardens, coffee shops and restaurants, the Witte Museum and many parks. Full laundry room with washer and dryer and plenty of space to relax. Fully stocked kitchen and hi-speed wifi. We allow small dogs, with an additional pet fee. Please let us know if there is anything else you need while you're here - we're local and have other properties in the neighborhood. Your host is readily available to you both before and during your stay, and we make every effort to ensure you have a great visit! Guests all agree, this location couldn't get much better. Just an 8 minute walk to Breckenridge Park and the SA Zoo, a 10 minute walk to the Witte Museum or Botanical Gardens. Not to mention the food and beverage located close by! Summary: Really enjoyed spending spring break here and seeing a lot of what Sam Antonio had to offer. Walking distance to Brackenridge park and the zoo and a quick drive to the Pearl and downtown San Antonio. Good food close, ate at the Smoke Shack and the Hayden, both very good food. Having a one car garage was a very nice addition as well. Would stay again.
