Lake Granby and Rocky Mountain National Park are just a short drive away.
From the kitchen and dining room you can see the rolling hills of the forested sheep mountain and just steps outside take in the sweeping panoramic views of the continental divide and winter park ski area. The home is tucked into a healthy forest of lodge pole pine tress and framed by hundreds of iconic Colorado Quaking Aspen Trees. It sits on a gently sloping lot with impressive Granite rock outcroppings that can be seen from every window. The local Deer and large Bucks frequent the lot so have your camera ready.
