Our Studio (Aparment) Chachalaca makes a perfect spacious double room apartment for 2 people but it can become the small family perfect vacation place. Sleeps 2, up to 6 persons with 1 queen master bedroom and 2 foldable double beds in the living room.
The space
NOTE : Due to the construcción work from our neighbor, related noice could be heardduringtheday.
Our building is a 3 level with 13 beautiful studios. It is totally secure and gated for your safety. You'll be given a codekey of the entrance gate so you will have the freedom enter as you please. You will be able to enjoy your meals in it's dinning area and full size practical kitchen or just relax and enjoy an amazing view of Sayulita from the top roof terrace. Studio Parota is our biggest accommodation, with capacity to fit up to six people altogether with it's queen size bed and its two sofa beds. Located on the 2rd floor.
Price:
The inicial night fare is for 4 people occupancy. There is a fee of 10 USD per night for each persons up to 2 more to a total occupancy of 6 persons.
Guest access
All of our guests have full access to our rooftop terrace with pool and sunbathing area where we have wifi access . Also a free parking space in our private garage in the basement of the building.
Interaction with guests
We, your hosts, live in the same building and are always happy to interact with our guests and help them with their planning in all we can. We have contact with all kinds of touristic services for a great time in Sayulita.
Other things to note
For security reasons we are not allowing guests' visitors without prior registration with us. Any external visitor must pay a fee.
Please bring your own beach towels.
