It is 5 minutes away from all amenities and entertainment that Penticton has to offer, is on a popular wine route and 5 min from the famous Skaha Bluffs hiking and rock climbing destination. It is also 48 min from Apex mountain Ski Resort. This home is a great venue for multiple family gatherings and groups of people looking for a fun week in the sun or snow. There is a lake-level lower deck for lunches and romantic evenings by the beach. The entire house faces the lake and Western mountains for beautiful sun sets and star gazing. This is not a fancy resort, but it is a comfortable older home that offers a shallow bay, 100 foot private beach and buoy to hook the boat up to.
