The ideal family vacation home. Looking for a family who will enjoy and love our house. Close to Southampton, Sag Habor, Bridgehampton, East Hampton, both the bay and the beach. This is ideal all seasons. Fall and Winter: wood burning fireplace and huge kitchen and dining area to enjoy with family. Outdoor fire pit for s’mores. Summer: outdoor heated pool and spacious indoor and outdoor spaces. This is a family home and is kid-friendly. Situated on a cul de sac, great street for families with kids.
NEW gym and large media room with TV
SUMMER 2024: 1 week minimum
4 large bedrooms with 1 additional media/kids playroom that converts to extra bedroom. New media room in the basement also has a pull out couch. Total of 3 King beds, 3 Twin beds, 2 full size sleeper. 5 full bathrooms and 2 powder rooms.
The Great Room with a fireplace that’s perfect for gathering to watch movies with a warm fire.
The most comfortable den with TV next to an open kitchen, ideal for cooking and entertaining.
Your choice of dining area - under shaded back yard porch, kitchen nook's large dining area, or dining room.
House includes kids toys, air hockey table, indoor basketball play, 2 car garage, Pack 'n Play, washer/dryer, 2 dishwashers, sub-zero fridge, grill station, 3 TVs, plenty of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. Full AC/heat.
Sonos system in the house and outside even as far as the pool, great for entertaining.
“No shoes” house rule please for the little ones.
Damage to property will be deducted from refundable deposit; in the case the renter has travel insurance, the deposit will be held until the damage is reimbursed by insurance.
