Summary: We were in town for our nieces college graduation at UNCW and found the stay perfect for what we needed. Clean, well equipped, and centrally located and coming with a parking space is clutch. Bed is just a Murphy bed - but it was comfortable. If you are a couple and a house is more than you need, this unit should work great for you.
