The property is a sunny 2master-bedrooms getaway with 2 1/2 bathrooms. It is nicely decorated and fully furnished over 2 floors, with all the comforts of home. Pool and hot tub right off the lanai.
This property is only available occasionally as we use it as our own vacation escape along with our family. We keep it very clean and welcome you in hopes you would enjoy and respect it as your own as well. This is a 4-plex with very little pool usage, so it seems like it's all your own.

30 minutes from RSW and just 20 minutes to Fort Myers Beach.

Summary: Our 2 month stay was amazing. The VRBO description did not disappoint. The townhome had all amenities, was fully stocked and was very comfortable. The king bed in each of the bedrooms, with the private bathrooms were just what we were looking for. We loved the swimming pool heated to 85 degrees and hot tub! Located on a canal with a boat dock and palm trees, the view and peacefulness was a real plus.The owners, Jerry & Brenda were very accommodating, responding immediately to our questions. To sum it up, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property to rent.
