Positive: It was old and authentic. The placement was ideal for us in the parallel street to the main street. Just a couple of minutes walk to the nearest eating places. The beds were comfortable and top quality bedding (sheets and duvets/pillows) Bathroom was clean and shower worked great. Lots of info about the place. Free parking, although a couple of 100 metres away.
Negative: No blackout blinds at the bedroom windows. A must in June. The white curtains and white, nearly see through blinds didn’t stop light coming through. In one bedroom there was no blind at all. The ovens were on full blast when we arrived so it was way too hot so it felt stuffy even though it was clean. Info about getting into the bathroom could have been given beforehand as it was needed on arrival. No problem once we understood.
