Pepperpot Cottage - sleeps 5 (sorry no toddlers due to stairs)
This lovely terraced house is beautifully decorated and has a comfortable homely feel. Located in a residential street just a minute's walk from the town it has amazing views (especially from the upper floors at the rear) of the Pepperpot up on Efford Down and the breaking waves of Summerleaze Beach seen over the rooftops of Bude. It is an ideal base to suit a family or friends wanting the delights of this Cornish seaside town within a stones throw.
Pepperpot has 3 bedrooms: 1 double with sea views,1 twin with street view and golf course and a single with seaviews, set over the two upper floors. There is 1 family bathroom with shower over bath and toilet, and also a separate toilet located on the first floor.
A modern kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine, separate dining room and cosy living room complete the internal space. Outside is a decked garden terrace reached via the kitchen, with stairs leading to a lower paved garden with a shed for wetsuits and other seaside paraphernalia, and a back gate access to the rear service lane and parking.
All the amenities of Bude are literally on your doorstep; shops, restaurants and pubs, whilst the beach is a short walk through town. Once you've parked up and unpacked there is no need to get back in your car. Pepperpot Cottage is in a quiet street, and has its own parking bay (enough space for up to an Alhambra) at the rear, reached by driving past the launderette into the service road.
