Beautiful White Sand Beach Huge Waterfront Deck with Grill and Fire pit This home has a slight water view. Rates are for 6 people. Maximum capacity is 6 people. (exceptions for up to two additional children age 10 or under may be allowed with prior approval from Peoples Landing). Lake swimming from the private beach or dock. (no pool) This home is a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home with lower deck and upper balcony . This home has minimal water views, however, the large deck overlooking the beach is for all guests enjoyment. This home is approximately 1600 square feet and is 2 story with central heat/ air. Fully furnished and fully equipped with linens for 6, washer/dryer, hair dryer, and more.. Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, glass top stove, dishwasher, cookware/utensils, plates, silverware and drinking glasses. -We offer a pier, lake swim area, boat ramp, huge waterfront deck, free boat trailer parking.(limit one boat or watercraft per rental) Compass lake is one of Florida's most pristine crystal clear lakes perfect for swimming, boating, wakeboarding, jet skiing, fishing and water skiing. Peoples landing is a family owned and owner occupied property with a family atmosphere. Peoples landing is conveniently located off U.S. Hwy. 231 approximately 45 minutes north of panama city Florida or 45 minutes south of Dothan Alabama in Alford, Florida. Make your reservations today and you can enjoy relaxing waterfront views thru the fabulous cypress trees in a natural, peaceful environment. Guests may be allowed a maximum of 6 non-overnight Visitors at no charge during their stay, with prior approval only. Free boat docking and boat trailer parking is limited to one and requires advance notice. All guests and visitors are required to abide by the Peoples Landing House Rules posted in the homes at all times. No smoking or vaping in the homes. Smoking is allowed in designated areas around the property and on the deck and balcony of each home. In efforts to maintain a family environment all alcohol use is restricted. Discreet alcohol use only. No parties allowed without prior written permission. Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed. No checks accepted. Parking is provided in front of the home for 2 mid-size vehicles or one larger vehicle. *We require a minimum of 24 to 48 hours advance notice to allow time for the home to be cleaned prior to arrival.
