Positive: It is a nice location not far from town, with a great view of Parque Alfonso Xiii and the sea from the large penthouse terrace. Anouk met us with the keys and is very easy to deal with (nice lady). There is a large Mercadona supermarket almost opposite for all your food requirements. The apartment itself is well-equipped with everything you might need.
Negative: Nothing bad I can think of. it is on the 8th floor so if you don't like heights it might not be for you, I am not keen on heights but had no problem as there is a high wall around all the terraces.
Summary: We had a great relaxing stay with some very nice walks.
