Summary: The condo itself is amazing sans a few needed touch up’s around a/c, but it’s ocean front so that’s expected. Elvis had great communication. However, elevator is in terrible condition and barely works, pool/hot tub (we were planning on using with a six year old) hasn’t been open in quite some time. Building management acknowledged each of these as reoccurring issues. Overall if you’re just going to sit and enjoy the insanely awesome views and condo itself I’d say go for it. If you’re going to be in and out stay clear unless you have in writing that the typical amenities of a 21st story penthouse (working elevators, working pool and generally better accommodations) are fully functioning. All of this was communicated to Elvis often and he did respond.
