Therefore, to encourage renters to conserve electricity during their stay, they will be responsible for electricity chargers during their stay.
• We will verify the electricity meter readings before check-in and check-out to determine your electricity usage. You will then be charged for actual usage. It is very simple- you pay for what you consume. The meter can be self-monitored daily.
• RENTALS 30 DAYS OR LESS the meter will be read and payment for electricity consumption will be collected before check out.
• RENTALS FOR MORE THAN 30 DAYS , Every 30 days we will read the meter and collect payment for the consumption.

Summary: The apartment was very comfortable, and walking distance from restaurants and the beach and grocery stores. Some previous reviews mentioned they had problems with the water. We didn’t. Matter of fact the owner installed extra filters, thank you. The roof top was exceptionally at night. We loved star gazing! The grounds were super clean and although we didn’t make use of the pool, it looked very appealing. Finally, the owner was very accommodating. We landed way earlier than expected and asked for an earlier check-in without knowing the owner was supposed to “check out” on the same day. We had the pleasure to meat him, and he showed us around. Awesome family!!! Highly recommend the place! We stayed just for 5 nights because we waited up to last minute to book it. Don’t make the same mistake!
