INTERIOR
Stairs lead to the main front entry, where you'll be greeted by a light & bright open floorplan main living area, tastefully designed with brown, white, & blue tones. Oversized windows & sliding glass doors wrap around the space, allowing for optimal blue water & sunset views.
The living room includes an oversized plush sofa sectional, SMART TV located above a cozy gas fireplace, beautiful wide plank wood flooring, ceiling fan to keep cool, recessed lighting, & direct access via sliding glass doors to your very own ocean front view deck (see EXTERIOR section below for more info!). Ocean Front dining? We have you covered with dining for 6 that includes unobstructed ocean & sunset views. Adjacent is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, granite counters, & bar seating for 4.
Enjoy romantic sunsets from the comfort of your oversized King bed in this beautiful master ocean front retreat. This gorgeous space features an outdoor ocean front deck, SMART TV, work/vacay station, & ensuite bath with dual vanities, shower, & separate soaking tub. Bedrooms #2 - #4 each have their own SMART TV & include a mix of bed sizes…see BED & BATH ACCOMMODATIONS section below for further detail.

WOW, 4 separate individual outdoor decks…a rare treat! Our exterior spaces are exclusive only to our unit – they are not shared with the other 2 units in the building.
Deck #1 is located off the main living area & features bistro dining seating + bbq, with easy & convenient access to the kitchen. Deck #2 is our premier oversized ocean front deck located off the master bedroom, a romantic space with comfy outdoor sofa seating & our favorite area to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset. Decks #3 & #4 are located off 2 of the bedrooms…each with ocean views!

• Guest Requirements
Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.

Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise
Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings
Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

Summary: We had a great time! The condo was in a good location; within walking distance of both Belmont Park and Pacific Beach. We really enjoyed looking out at the ocean from the large dining room window. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was adequately supplied with dishes, pots and pans, etc. They only provide a starter amount of toilet paper, so be sure to bring some with you. Ralph's grocery store is conveniently located a a short driving distance away.One negative was there was only room for one car in the garage. We had to find on the street parking for the other one. If you have more than one car, make sure you read the street parking signs, as you have to move your car to the other side of the street at certain times or you get a ticket. (which we did).
